Each of The Kydd Group's staff members was carefully chosen for sharing our core values: a desire to make a difference, an eye for excellence, a dogged perseverance in finding extraordinary solutions for our clients, a healthy dose of imagination, and--of course--the brains and talent to back it all up. The group's diversity extends beyond ethnicity into a full range of both traditional and non-traditional backgrounds. Combining traditional experiences in marketing, event planning, sales, public relations, promotions, and communications with non-traditional backgrounds such as music, foreign languages, law, journalism, and retail, our project teams provide tremendous depth to each assignment we undertake. The following Statement of Purpose, created by the Operations staff, epitomizes the heart and soul of The Kydd Group:
Our Operations' team works for a multifaceted marketing agency whose success is built on our ability to ensure that our clients' vision, goals and objectives are not only met, but also exceeded. The Kydd Group staff possesses numerous intangible qualities, coined by one of our clients as "The Kydd Group Magic." That magic, married with talents, desires, and inquisitive minds, produces our esprit de corps: we aren't satisfied until our relationship with our client is infused with loyalty, trust, and confidence, and--in turn--our clients' relationships with their customers are cemented with the same three cornerstones.
As individuals, we are experienced, talented, innovative, loyal, curious, success-driven leaders. We bring those characteristics, inherent within each of us, to work and play on a team committed to creating an intense and personal service relationship that, in turn, fosters flawless execution of programs and strategic plans.
