Jackie Houser, President
Jackie's 20+ years in banking and financial law as a practicing attorney have been used to strategic advantage by The Kydd Group and its clients. She has developed the TKG financial management system to track clients' project budgets to ensure accurate and efficient accounting throughout the life cycle of a program.

Upon joining TKG, Jackie worked with the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund, managing daily operations and working with the fund's board of directors. She also manages the strategy and implementation of the Greetings Gallery; a TKG division established in 1991 that promotes Afro-centric holiday cards. To satisfy growing client demand, Jackie is expanding TKG's fulfillment capabilities.

Jackie has an undergraduate degree in general business and earned her law degree from Emory University. She joined TKG in 1993 following a practice in Connecticut Attorney General Joe Lieberman's office where she specialized in finance, banking, and employment litigation.

Cortissa Scheiderich, Assistant Operations Director
Cortissa Scheiderich is Assistant Operations Director at The Kydd Group. Scheiderich came to TKG in 1999 from Target Corporation where she served as Guest Relations Coordinator utilizing partnerships with merchandising, vendors, stores and support areas to ensure customer loyalty.

At TKG, Scheiderich oversees internal processes and systems while maintaining account executive responsibilities for key corporate clients including General Motors Corporation, Miller Brewing and Target.

Scheiderich and her family live in Minneapolis where she is an active volunteer with Speak the Word Church International Youth Ministry and is a Board Member of Network for the Development of Children of African Descent.

Marcia E. Murray, Account Executive
Marcia Murray is an Account Executive with The Kydd Group. She has been a Lead Project Analyst and Operations Manager for National Data Local Exchange at Qwest Communications (formerly U S WEST) where she also served as Senior Education Market Manager. She was the first supervisor to be an expert witness in rate hearings, and as a director she developed the first commercial sales contract division.

Marcia's experience includes working with diverse groups of people, coaching and facilitating and helping individuals realize their full potential. Her background in strategic planning and quality management are evident in her creative thinking and attention to detail. Her special skills include teambuilding, facilitation, communication, contract management, marketing, quality/process management, community relations and strategic planning.

Marcia is an active member of The Links, Inc, where she currently serves as President for the Mpls/St Paul Chapter. A resident of Bloomington, Minnesota, she chairs the Building Fund of Macedonia Baptist Church and is a past Executive Board officer and Advisory Board member for Women Venture.
